Shipping Information:

Orders placed before 2pm CST usually ship the same day, orders placed after 2pm CST will ship the next business day. CCTV-Shopping uses Fed-Ex and or UPS for all there product shipments.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

CCTV-Shopping offers 100% money back guarantee within 15 days of the ship date, item must be in pristine condition to warrant this. Between 15-30 days after your items are shipped there will be a 25% restocking fee on any returned items. After 30 days of shipping eSentia will not offer any refunds, just warranty of defective goods. After 1 year, customer must refer to the manufacturer for any problems. If any items are missing, CCTV-Shopping must be notified of this within 3 working days upon receipt of goods.then create the policy that works best for your store.
